When a packaging line stops, it stops the factory. SEALPAC UK & Partners support food manufacturers across the UK and Ireland, and when a customer's machinery needed a component that was costly, the maths was simple. Every day of waiting cost their customer far more than the part was worth.
SEALPAC brought us the brief. We modelled it, printed a first version in three working days for test fitting, adjusted based on feedback, and had a cost effective working replacement on the machine within two weeks. Once it was proven, we produced thousands for their global enterprise.
Because the part is now a digital file rather than an obsolete stock line, SEALPAC can order more whenever they need them, with no minimum order and no waiting on an overseas supply chain.
